This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our European team, supporting Lean transformation initiatives across our plants.
/pp strong What You'll Do: /strong /pulli Support lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processes /lili Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)



/lili Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow /lili Support implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment /lili Learn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement /li /ulp strong Your Profile: /strong /pulli Required: /lili Italian and English speaker /lili Open to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) *****% approximately /lili Confident communicator with xrdbqlu the ability to integrate easily in different working environments /lili Proficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams) /lili Basic knowledge of Lean tools /lili Desirables: /lili Lean certifications /lili Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality /li /ul p Join us and be a strong change agent /strong in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec!
