This role in summary

The Talent & Development Process Specialist provides operational and project support across Beko Europe’s Talent, Learning and Employee Experience agenda. The role coordinates development programmes, training activities, talent operations, reporting and employer branding initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of key people programmes across the region.

Working closely with Talent Pillar Leads, the role drives operational excellence, supports employee development and engagement activities, and leverages AI, automation and digital technologies to continuously improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include

Talent & Development Support

- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Talent Pillar Leads
- Coordinate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives across Europe.
- Support facilitation, logistics and project management activities associated with talent and development programmes.

Training Administration

- Manage training catalogues and learning calendars.
- Coordinate training registrations, attendance tracking and completion reporting.
- Liaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders.

Talent & Sustainability Reporting

- Produce quarterly training and sustainability reporting.
- Monitor participation metrics, compliance requirements and development KPIs.
- Maintain talent and learning data integrity.

Italy Learning & Development Activities

- Coordinate and support the facilitation of Italy based funded training programmes.
- Support change management and capability-building activities linked to local initiatives.
- Manage relationships with training providers and support the delivery of Gi Group training plans and related projects.

Italy Employer Branding & Internship Activities

- Coordinate and support internship activities across Europe, ensuring an effective and positive candidate experience.




- Support end-to-end intern hiring and onboarding process in partnership with Business HR, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams.
- Act as a key point of coordination for intern engagement, induction and development activities.
- Support university partnerships, graduate outreach initiatives and employer branding activities within Italy.
- Represent Beko at university, career and networking events to strengthen the organisation’s employer brand and talent pipeline.
- Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials, social media content and talent attraction campaigns targeting early-career talent.
- Support in the Top Employer accreditation review process.

Talent Operations

- Coordinate talent communications and awareness campaigns across Europe, supporting the Leads within the team pillars.
- Support learning-related invoicing and vendor management activities.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of talent and employee experience events including Beko Day, Gro Week and similar initiatives.
- Support with Employee Engagement and Wellbeing Survey: database checks and consolidation

Innovation, AI & Process Improvement

- Drive continuous improvement through the exploration and adoption of AI, automation and digital technologies, supporting more efficient Talent processes, enhanced employee experiences and successful organisational change initiatives.

Minimum requirements

- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience within HR, Talent, Learning & Development or a related People function.




- Experience coordinating learning programmes, training activities or HR projects.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and learning platforms would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with external providers, universities or employer branding activities is desirable.
- Interest in AI, automation and digital technologies, including tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Coworker.
- Experience of learning and development systems associated with Success Factors, SAP and LMS and E-Learning Platforms (Linked In Learning etc.).
- Fluent English and Italian required.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in an international environment.

What we offer

- The successful candidate will be offered either a 12-month fixed-term or permanent contract, depending on their qualifications and fit for the role.
- The salary range for this position is € 36.000 - € 42.000 gross per year. The final offer will reflect the outcome of the recruitment process and the overall assessment of the candidate, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, qualifications and demonstrated expertise
