Join Vestas and become part of a team based in Taranto with a Nationwide and International scope with professional career development opportunities /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliAccountable for production execution in accordance with company values and priorities. /li /brliDeploy and anchor a comprehensive safety culture in own area and in production teams. /li /brliServe as a conduit of communication between employees and senior managers. /li /brliImplement business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on their skills and abilities. /li /brliIdentify and implement changes for cost reduction and waste elimination. /li /brliEnsure compliance with national and local regulations and laws. /li /brliDirect employees in meeting safety and quality and on-time delivery requirements, address production challenges, and communicate issues to relevant senior managers. /li /brliEnsure that each team member understands and follows the PWI. Strive for quality - zero operator related defects. Secure correct and efficient NC work. /li /brliSet performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company's vision, monitor budget, and report variances to senior managers. /li /brliReceive, track, and resolve complaints from employees and customers. /li /brliMaintain timekeeping and personnel records. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliTechnical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. /li /brliAbility in use of Lean and problem solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-why,..). /li /brliExperience in people management (at least 3 years). /li /brliAdvanced in English language. /li /brliAbility in use of IT systems and platform (MS-office/SAP). /li /br /ul /brh3Competencies /h3 /brul /brliEffective people leadership competences. /li /brliAble to make decision autonomously. /li /brliGood interpersonal and leadership skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across departments. /li /brliProven ability to make decisions and motivate team members. /li /brliDetail-oriented mindset, effective organizational skills,
