Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will guide equipment services strategy for Cytiva's product line, shaping market positioning and lifecycle management. You'll work with engineering, manufacturing and sales to deliver service roadmaps, launches and go-to-market plans that meet regulatory standards. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, market insight and KPI-driven performance to satisfy customers and drive business growth in life sciences. identify unmet needs and benchmark competitors to inform strategy * Reassess service models and define new service product requirements aligned with evolving market dynamics * Partner with engineering and hardware teams to deliver service roadmaps on time, on budget, and to quality/regulatory standards * Drive launch excellence and go-to-market readiness * Define and track KPIs, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage product care and end-of-service activities across the lifecycle Responsibilities * Bachelor degree * Min. 3 years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales * Prior experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services * Experience driving projects with diverse and cross-functional teams in a global environment * Willingness to travel up to 30%/40% Fundamental Requirements * premio / incentive pay * comprehensive benefits #J-*****-Ljbffr
