ppFounded in 1909, Boldrocchi is an international engineering and manufacturing group specializing in custom-engineered equipment, systems and industrial plants for the energy, environmental and process industries. /p pThe Energy Environment Division delivers solutions for flue gas treatment and power-generation applications, including bag filters, DeNOx and DeSOx systems, as well as complete Gas Turbine Air Intake and Exhaust Systems, including filtration, diverter dampers, bypass stacks and associated auxiliaries. /p pOur projects combine multidisciplinary engineering, international procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning activities. /p h3About the Role: /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead international custom- engineered plant, EPC package and turnkey projects, typically ranging in value from b€500,000 to /b /p pThe Project Manager will take overall responsibility for project execution from contract handover through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, final acceptance and close-out. /p pThe role includes direct responsibility for customer management, schedule, budget, margin, cash flow, contractual compliance, risks, variations and claims. /p pWorking in a matrix organization, the Project Manager will coordinate internal functions, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams, actively driving decisions, resolving critical issues and implementing recovery plans where required. /p pThis is a hands‑on role, not limited to project reporting or coordination. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liTake full ownership of assigned projects from contract handover through final acceptance andclose-out. /li liDefine and manage the project execution strategy, including schedule, budget, resources,



procurement priorities and contractual milestones. /li liCoordinate engineering, procurement, expediting, manufacturing, quality, logistics, construction and commissioning activities. /li liAct as the primary interface with the customer and lead internal and external project reviews. /li liMonitor project progress, critical-path activities, risks and delays, implementing recovery actions where required. /li liManage project financial performance, including budget, margin, cash flow, invoicing, collections, cost-to-complete and forecasting. /li liManage contractual obligations, variations, claims and change orders, ensuring that deviations and additional work are properly documented and commercially protected. /li liSafeguard Boldrocchi’s contractual position regarding milestones, warranties, liquidated damages, performance guarantees and acceptance criteria. /li liDrive supplier and subcontractor performance together with Procurement, Expediting and Project Quality, addressing delays and quality issues where necessary. /li liEnsure the timely submission and approval of technical documentation and contractual deliverables. /li liCoordinate site execution, commissioning, start‑up and performance testing with the relevant site and technical teams. /li liEnsure the timely closure of punch lists, outstanding claims, documentation and final payments. /li liProvide management with clear reporting on project status,



financial performance, risks and required decisions. /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline. /li liAt least 7 years of experience in industrial plants, process equipment or custom‑engineered projects, including at least 3 years in a Project Manager role. /li liProven experience managing international projects across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning. /li liStrong understanding of project financials, including budgets, margins, cash flow, cost‑to‑ complete and forecasting. /li liSolid knowledge of industrial contracts, including milestones, warranties, liquidated damages, performance guarantees, variations and claims.Ability to manage project schedules, critical‑path activities, risks and recovery plans. /li liStrong customer management, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills. /li liAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organization. /li liHands‑on, pragmatic and result‑oriented approach, with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities. /li liFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liAvailability for international travel when required. /li /ul ul liAt Boldrocchi Group we value our employees and offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. /li liCompensation package with an indicative annual gross salary (RAL) ranging from €50,000 to €65,000, depending on the candidate's experience, technical expertise and level of autonomy. /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome diversity within our workforce. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
