ppIn this role you drive continuous improvement across the Adriatic region, shaping how processes are redesigned to boost efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll lead change initiatives, coach teams, and ensure KPI-driven insights translate into action. Your work accelerates Alfa Laval’s mission to deliver sustainable solutions while simplifying how we work with customers. You will partner with divisions, HR, and shared services to sustain a culture of Lean-Six-Sigma excellence. /p ul liSupport the concrete implementation of change measures with interfaces across divisions, shared services, communication and HR /li liImplement and analyze KPIs and improvement potentials in a fast-moving environment; lead DMAIC-based problem resolution processes /li liLead and support change projects; plan and schedule work packages with departments, managers and project teams /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement; build Lean capabilities (training, Kaizen events)



and act as mediator of change /li liMonitor project portfolio results, deadlines and priorities; ensure effective communication within teams and Alfa Laval Adriatic /li liConduct process analyses; exchange ideas with other units to increase process efficiency /li liCoaching and moderation skills; strong people-oriented approach /li liTechnical education (master's degree) or equivalent is a plus /li liAnalytical and conceptual skills with a customer-oriented mindset; Lean-Six Sigma knowledge; Green Belt preferred /li liStrong background in process and project management; ability to present and develop processes in an organizational context /li liExperienced in change management with an optimistic attitude /li /ul pIn this role you drive continuous improvement across the Adriatic region, shaping how processes are redesigned to boost efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
