In this role you help enable cutting-edge life sciences work by installing, validating, maintaining, and repairing complex equipment for customers in biotechnology.
You will work within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions - Equipment Services team to service sites across Italy, collaborating with customers to keep critical systems running and promoting revenue programs.
Your contributions directly impact patient outcomes and the speed of therapeutic development.
This position offers remote work within the region and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and customer collaboration.

Install and qualify equipment at customer sites
Plan and execute service activities and manage on-site work
Perform preventative maintenance, calibration,
and troubleshooting
Repair equipment and identify opportunities to promote service contracts
Manage stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities
Represent the company to clients and support revenue programs
Education in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field (degree not specified)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
Strong mechanical and electrical skills with troubleshooting experience
Ability to travel up to 70% with overnight stays in territory
