Process Engineer Italian Speaking brMirandola – 5 days per week on site brActivities: brExecution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) on medium-to-high complexity/automation-level equipment at suppliers (in Italy)brExecution of SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) for the above-mentioned equipment brExecution of process start-up and validation (OQ – PQ) and preparation of documentation in English (PVP, OQ, PQ, PVR) for the above-mentioned equipment brIdentification of process/equipment improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency brExecution of root cause analysis brPreparation of work instructions brStatistical skills (preferably using MINITAB): brDOE (Design of Experiments)brProcess capability analysis (CpK, PpK)brGage studies brt-test brKnowledge of main plastic processing technologies, for example: brBonding with single-component and two-component resins brUltrasonic welding brHydraulic leak testing brVision/measurement systems
