For our Headquarters based in Trieste , we are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Shared Service Center , a dynamic and fast‑paced international environment supporting multiple countries.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented and proactive professional, motivated to contribute to high‑quality accounting services while continuously improving processes within a structured shared service model.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
✔ Perform accounts payable and general ledger activities.
✔ Handle intercompany reconciliations and support monthly closing procedures.
✔ Apply standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and internal control.
✔ Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to support business operations.
✔ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Shared Service Center.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, or a few years of experience in accounting departments.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Good level of English.
? Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving skills.
? Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
Nice to have:
ERP system experience (Oracle).
The company applies the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Alimentare Industria) . The gross annual salary ranges between € 30.000 and € 35.000 and is determined according to objective and neutral criteria, linked to the requirements of the role and the candidate’s profile, in line with the principles of fairness, transparency, and equal opportunities.
