ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and execute the go-to-market and marketing strategy and execution for EP Cube in Italy, focusing on the residential energy storage segment /li liOwn the end-to-end marketing planning, execution, and performance management to strengthen EP Cube’s brand, drive qualified leads, and support revenue growth in the Italian market /li liPartner closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and HQ Marketing to ensure integrated campaigns and strong regional alignment /li liDefine and lead EP Cube’s Italian marketing strategy aligned to sales targets /li liIdentify audience segments, channels, and key messages tailored to the Italian market /li liPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, trade marketing) /li liManage agencies and vendors to deliver on-brand and on-budget campaigns /li liDevelop and adapt marketing content for regional audiences in Italian /li liOrganize and manage trade shows, partner events, and customer seminars in collaboration with Sales and HQ /li liDefine KPIs and measure campaign ROI, lead conversion,



and brand awareness /li liAnalyze customer insights, competitor trends, and market data to refine strategy /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (Master’s preferred) /li li8+ years of progressive marketing experience in renewable energy, storage, solar, or related industries /li liDemonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies across B2B/B2C channels /li liStrong understanding of distribution marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management /li liExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) /li liProven ability to manage external agencies, vendors, and event partners /li liStrong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making /li liPrior experience in cross-cultural collaboration; exposure to Asian business environment is a plus /li liFluency in English and Italian (required) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
