The ideal candidate is an analytical, market-oriented individual with solid experience in evaluating investment opportunities, forming independent views, and developing clear investment theses. /p pThe candidate should be able to effectively communicate investment ideas and supporting rationale, while continuously monitoring positions, assessing risks, and explaining the key drivers of performance and risk exposure. This role is well suited for someone with a strong analytical foundation and the ambition to evolve into a Portfolio Manager position. /p pAs a key member of the investment team, you will contribute to the generation, analysis, execution, and monitoring of investment ideas across equity and derivatives markets, with a focus on developing portfolio construction, risk management, and decision-making skills. /p h3Requisiti: /h3 h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liCollaborate with the investment and trading team to identify, analyze, and implement investment strategies across a wide range of industries, sectors and themes. /li liConduct in-depth fundamental analysis on listed companies, sectors, and market themes, with a focus on European and North American markets. /li liContribute to investment ideas across value investing, long-short strategies, pre-event opportunities,



and special situations. /li liSupport the execution and monitoring of equity and derivatives positions. /li liAnalyze market trends, company data, financial statements, and macroeconomic developments to support informed investment decisions. /li liContribute to portfolio construction, risk assessment, and performance optimization. /li liStay up to date with market developments, corporate events, and regulatory changes. /li liWork closely with senior team members with the objective of progressively taking on portfolio management responsibilities. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liProven experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a closely related investment role. /li liStrong understanding of financial markets, listed equities, and derivatives instruments (options, futures) /li liFocus on European and North American markets. /li liSolid fundamental and quantitative analytical skills. /li liStrong interest in developing portfolio management capabilities. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li liExcellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a strong team player attitude. /li /ul h3Altre informazioni: /h3 pIn line with applicable pay transparency legislation, this role is offered on a fixed-term contract, with a minimum gross annual salary of €65,000 and a contractual classification as "Quadro Direttivo di 1° livello (QD1)" under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito).
