Barilla is seeking a senior Marketing AI lead to drive analytics and AI-driven transformation across content, localization, and governance. You will own the Marketing AI roadmap, deliver pilots, coordinate Marketing, Digital, Data/Tech, Legal, and agencies, and ensure trustworthy AI practices.

You will build AI fluency in Marketing, localize content for markets, define GenAI KPIs, and ensure governance with guardrails while enabling scalable, compliant AI-enabled content workflows.
