Marketing Manager - €70K + Great Benefits including Premio - Hybrid (Milan) - Sports Industry

I am working with a personal favourite retail brand of mine! As a global footwear & retail brand, they are shaping the way in the market. It is a business built on history and blends technology with performance. This is a great opportunity to dive into all areas of marketing and take ownership of driving the brand forward, within Italy & Spain.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute creative marketing strategies tailored to the market
- Align EMEA brand objectives and consumer trends
- Develop and analyse campaign performance




- Collaborate with the central EMEA marketing team to create localised marketing assets
- Formulate key seasonal messages across community, retail, PR, events, and digital platforms

Skills & Experience

- Industry experience within the retail market (advantageous from fashion/sports)
- 360 marketing experience across retail, PR, events, and digital
- Expertise executing 360 consumer-led marketing initiatives
- Strong communication to work with key internal and external stakeholders on a global scale
