Key responsibilitiesprovide high-quality customer support to italian-speaking clients via phone, email and live chat in a fast-paced fintech environment.assist customers with account setup, digital payment queries, transaction issues and platform navigation.investigate and resolve complaints and technical concerns promptly and empathetically.guide users through digital financial tools, mobile banking features and e-payment solutions.document all interactions, case notes and outcomes in the crm system, complying with data-protection regulations.collaborate with internal teams (compliance, fraud prevention, technical support) to resolve complex cases.stay updated on fintech product suite, platform updates and industry regulations.identify recurring pain points and communicate feedback to improve service and product development.requirementsnative or fluent italian (spoken and written) - all customer interactions are in italian.valid eu passport or legal right to work in the eu.interest or prior experience in fintech,
