ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you support research, development and production handover of fabric collections, coordinating suppliers, systems and internal stakeholders. You drive fabric sampling, purchasing and archive maintenance to ensure timely delivery and accurate material data. You collaborate with the RTW team, the London research office and suppliers to sustain a smooth development process. Your work underpins ethical, high-quality luxury fashion through organized sourcing and budget management. This is a chance to shape fabric strategy within a leading sustainable brand. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliAct as main contact for fabric sampling and purchasing within RTW, coordinating with the London office and external suppliers /liliManage relationships with fabric suppliers, including inquiries, follow‑ups, price negotiation and delivery timelines /liliMaintain fabric information in internal systems with accurate coding, orders, updates and tracking with Production /liliOwn and update the seasonal fabric archive,
keeping catalogues and material libraries organized and current /liliMonitor seasonal sampling budget, track costs, purchase orders and related expenditure /liliCoordinate materials for prototype development, ensuring timely sourcing, stock visibility and delivery with Product Development and Warehouse /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliAt least 3 years in fabric sampling, purchasing, textile sourcing or similar in fashion/luxury /liliExperience in supplier management, order follow‑up, price negotiation and material tracking /liliExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines /liliFluent English, written and spoken /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel /liliExperience with Stealth, PLM and/or Kubix is a plus /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliSalary: 35,000‑40,000 gross annual /liliInclusion and reasonable adjustments available on request /liliFull‑time position /liliNovara location /liliOpportunity to contribute to ethical luxury fashion /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
