* Strategic Marketing Manager * Prestigiosa Multinazionale italiana - Impianti Packaging Azienda Prestigiosa Multinazionale italiana - Impianti Packaging Offerta Product Launches & Market Entry - Own end-to-end strategic marketing planning for new products, services, and market segments - Define positioning, pricing strategy and channel mix for each launch - Coordinate cross-functional launch teams across Sales, Product, and Operations Brand Positioning & Awareness - Develop and maintain a consistent brand narrative aligned with strategic vision - Oversee messaging frameworks, value propositions, and competitive differentiation - Manage external agency relationships for creative and communications work Demand Generation & Growth - Design and execute demand generation programmes across digital and physical channels - Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track pipeline contribution and ROI - Identify and develop new growth opportunities through market intelligence and customer insight Pricing & E-commerce Management - Define and manage pricing strategies across product lines,
ensuring alignment with market positioning and margin objectives - Own the e-commerce platform strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day performance - Collaborate with Product and IT teams to optimise the online customer journey, conversion, and revenue Competenze ed esperienza Must-Have - 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing and strategy, or a related field - Proven track record of leading successful product launches in B2B or industrial markets - Hands-on experience managing an e-commerce platform and pricing in a commercial environment - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy - Fluency in Italian and English - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline Nice-to-Have - MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification - Experience in packaging, industrial, or manufacturing sectors - Familiarity with both inbound and outbound marketing approaches - Additional European languages Completa l'offerta Ottima possibilità di carriera. #J-*****-Ljbffr
