Job Overview

Join our R&D; team and enhance your technical skills in an agile, fast‑paced development environment focused on growth and innovation. You will translate requirements into code to create, improve, and maintain high‑quality software.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, managing the full identity lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding).
- Implement and configure authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA using standard security protocols (OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML).
- Integrate internal and external applications with the IAM platform through REST APIs, collaborating closely with application teams.
- Develop and customize IAM components, contributing to the automation and continuous improvement of access management processes.

Qualifications & Skills

- At least 5 years of professional experience with proven hands‑on experience in the IAM domain.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one authentication platform among: Okta, Auth0,



Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende, or similar.
- Knowledge and practical use of security protocols, in particular at least one of OAuth 2.0 or SAML.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following development stacks: Java (Spring Framework) or .NET.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively.
- Experience in the authorization domain, particularly in policy definition and OPA (Open Policy Agent), is a plus.
