ppWe are looking for a Data Monitoring Support Coordinator on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Frascati, Italy. bThis position is intended to be filled on a tempo parziale basis for 32-hours per week. This, along with further details on the projects to support, can be discussed more in detail at the interview stage. /b /p pbPlease note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). /b /p pThe successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: /p ullipMaintain and distribute reporting templates toparticipatingESA establishments; /p /li /ul ullipCoordinate reporting deadlines and reporting schedules; /p /li /ul ullipLiaise with designated communication focal points within ESA establishments and offices; /p /li /ul ullipMonitor receipt of reporting contributions; /p /li /ul ullipCollect communication activity summaries and statistics provided by ESA establishments; /p /li /ul ullipConsolidatesubmittedinformation into a single reporting format; /p /li /ul ullipHarmonise terminology,formattingand presentation standards; /p /li /ul ullipEnsure consistency with Agency communication and branding guidelines; /p /li /ul ullipPrepareconsolidatedAgency reports using the reporting categories agreed by ESA; /p /li /ul ullipCover, where applicable, media relations, digital activities, outreach activities, Member State activities, exhibitions and model activities,

and management summaries; /p /li /ul ullipAbility to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders; /p /li /ul ullipStrong stakeholder engagement and consensus-building skills; /p /li /ul ullipAbility to translate complex information into clear and concise reports for management audiences; /p /li /ul ullipFamiliarity with branding and corporate communication guidelines; /p /li /ul ullipHighly organised and detail-oriented; /p /li /ul ullipStrong planning and prioritisation skills, as well as analytical and reporting skills; /p /li /ul ullipProactive approach to problem-solving; /p /li /ul ullipAbility to manage multiple deadlines and reporting cycles simultaneously; /p /li /ul ullipExperience working in international organisations, institutional environments, or public-sector communications; /p /li /ul ullipExperience working with distributed communication networks across multiple sites or countries; /p /li /ul ullipExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is an asset; /p /li /ul ullipKnowledge of the space sector, scientific organisations, or European institutions is a strong asset; /p /li /ul ullipCandidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU; /p /li /ul ullipFluency in English, both written and spoken. /p /li /ul pbThe salary range advertised reflects our initial expectations for the role and our internal salary scheme.
