ph3Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) /h3 pCOME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE /p pWe are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) near Mestre who has the drive to improve processes, passion for excellence, and enthusiasm for developing solutions. /p pIn this role you will: /p ul liSpread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization; /li liEngage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers; /li liManage and support process improvement projects; /li liImplement and monitor KPIs; /li liPromote and convey continuous improvement tools; /li liManage continuous improvement opportunities,
addressing necessary actions; /li liSupport the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management; /li /ul h3The ideal candidate /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain; /li liAt least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry; /li liGood knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement; /li liGood knowledge of the English; /li liAbility to analyze processes and solve problems; /li liExcellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI; /li liProactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
