ppWe are looking for an experienced bSales Manager /b to join our bOperation Maintenance (OM) Business Line /b in bItaly /b to drive our bRevamping /b commercial growth and business opportunities. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupport the Head of Sales in defining and executing the Sales Action Plan, including: /li liBuilding and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline /li liUnderstanding strategic decisions of key investors /li liForecasting business opportunities /li liIdentifying target customers /li liLeading the full business development cycle through to contract signature /li liIdentify new clients and business opportunities, and lead negotiations for new revamping contracts in collaboration with the Head of Sales /li liProactively contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies, integrating recommendations from corporate departments /li liDevelop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders /li liLead offer preparation in collaboration with Tender Managers, defining scope and pricing strategies /li liSupport the development of new revamping solutions alongside the Head of Sales and Head of OM Operations /li liContribute to brand promotion initiatives /li liEnsure strong coordination between OM Managers, Revamping Project Managers, and Engineering teams to guarantee both technical and commercial success of projects /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE /h3 pThe ideal candidate will have:
/p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Management /li liMinimum b5 years of experience in sales roles /b (mandatory) /li liOver b10 years of experience in EPC, Service, or OM environments /b (preferred) /li liAt least b4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector /b (preferred) /li liProven track record in negotiating and budgeting EPC/OM/Service contracts /li liStrong understanding of the solar and/or wind asset industry (asset owners, asset managers, etc.) /li liSolid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools /li liFluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian) /li /ul h3KEY SKILLS /h3 ul liStrong customer orientation and service quality mindset /li liAbility to design flexible and tailored solutions /li liProfessional attitude, resilience, and perseverance /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and relationship-driven /li liTeam-oriented with strong collaboration skills /li liLeadership capabilities /li liAvailability for international travel (approximately once per month) /li /ul pThe salary range for this role is €60,000–€70,000 gross per year.
