This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within our European team, supporting Lean transformation initiatives across our plants. /p h3bWhat You’ll Do: /b /h3 ul liSupport lean transformation activities in varied electromechanical manufacturing environments and Business administrative processes /li liParticipate in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)



/li liAnalyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flow /li liSupport implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deployment /li liLearn and apply Lean methodologies through hands-on involvement /li liRequired: /li liItalian and English speaker /li liOpen to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) 50-75% approximately /li liConfident communicator with the ability to integrate easily in different working environments /li liBasic knowledge of Lean tools /li liExperience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality /li /ul pJoin us and be a bchange agent /b in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
