You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience. /p pPlease note that brelocation support is not provided /b for this position. Candidates should already have the legal right to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Porto independently at their own expense. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide customer support via phone, email, and chat. /li liAssist customers with product and service-related inquiries. /li liResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. /li liAccurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
