ph3About the Opportunity /h3 pAt Discova, we're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to lead our shared services AP function and ensure the timely, accurate processing and payment of supplier invoices. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee day‑to‑day AP operations, drive process improvements, support month‑end activities, and develop a high‑performing team while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /p h3Your main responsibility is: /h3 ul liLead and develop the Accounts Payable team to deliver accurate, efficient, and timely invoice processing and supplier payments. /li liOversee invoice verification, reconciliation, coding, and posting to ensure compliance with company and financial requirements. /li liManage payment processes, coordinating with treasury and finance teams to meet payment deadlines and maintain healthy supplier relationships. /li liPrepare and review AP ageing reports, monitor outstanding balances, and support effective cash flow management. /li liSupport month‑end closing activities by ensuring AP transactions are complete, accurate, and reported on time. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives across AP processes, systems, and service delivery standards. /li /ul h3About You /h3 h3The Essentials: /h3 ul liDiploma qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. /li liMinimum 4 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance function. /li liMinimum 2 years' experience leading a finance shared services or accounts payable team. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language. /li liIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications. /li liExperience with Tourplan or similar finance/travel systems is advantageous. /li /ul h3The Attributes: /h3 ul liStrong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
