Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this Field Service Engineer role at Cytiva, you enable life-saving workflows by installing, qualifying, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing complex equipment at customer sites.
You will work within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions - Equipment Services team, supporting customer engagements and promoting service and revenue programs.
Your work directly impacts client operations, from initial deployment to ongoing reliability, within a culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.
This role offers remote work with significant travel, allowing you to shape service delivery across Italy and drive tangible clinical outcomes.

Install and qualify equipment at customer sites
Plan and execute service activities




Perform preventative maintenance and calibration
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Manage stock and work orders
Participate in sales opportunities and promote revenue programs
Represent the company to clients
Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
Ability to travel 70% (including overnight stays) within territory
