Engineers will be assigned onsite support requests based on customer tickets and project requirements to provide hands‑on technical assistance in enterprise environments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide onsite desktop and deskside support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues /li liPerform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities /li liInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices /li liSupport Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and basic networking /li liManage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and group memberships /li liSupport Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM for device imaging, software deployment,



and endpoint management /li liTroubleshoot BitLocker encryption and recovery key issues /li liUpdate service tickets and documentation while adhering to SLA and ITIL processes /li liEscalate complex technical issues when required /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT Support /li liHands‑on experience with Active Directory /li liExperience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM /li liExperience supporting BitLocker encryption and recovery /li liStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 /li liBasic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills /li liExcellent communication and customer service skills /li liAbility to travel to customer sites and respond to dispatch requests /li liOwn laptop and standard IT toolkit preferred /li /ul h3Rate Card /h3 ul liHourly Rate: €30 /hour /li liHalf-Day (up to 4 hours): €90 /li liFull-Day (up to 8 hours): €140 /li /ul pThis is an on-demand dispatch role, not a full-time position.
