We’re a fast-growing, tech-driven company looking for top talent to help build the future of road travel. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pWe’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You’ll ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent execution of SOPs, while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional Director. /p h3WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? /h3 ul liLead and coach Depot Leaders across multiple locations /li liDrive operational performance and customer satisfaction /li liEnsure SOP compliance and service consistency /li liMonitor KPIs and implement improvement actions /li liOversee PL, budgeting, and cost control /li liCollaborate closely with Central Ops, Finance,



and HR /li liTravel frequently (up to 50%) to support depot teams /li /ul h3WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? /h3 ul li7-10 years of experience in hands- on operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality) /li li3-5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depots /li liProven ability to manage depot financials, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationships /li liStrong communication skills and fluency in English (and local language if applicable) /li liA valid driver’s license and willingness to drive campervans /li liA hands- on, solution- oriented mindset and the ability to manage teams in dynamic environments /li liAvailability to work on weekends and holidays as needed /li liInterest in our product and willingness to learn the technical details of campervans /li /ul h3Bonus points for: /h3 ul liFleet management or vehicle maintenance experience /li liProcess improvement + digital tools knowledge /li liTraining, workforce planning, or team development experience /li /ul h3THE INDIE COMMITMENT! /h3 ul liA fast-growing, dynamic environment where you make an impact /li liCareer growth in Field Ops + potential moves to Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila /li liContinuous training and coaching /li liFree road trips across Europe, North America, and Oceania /li /ul pbAre you ready to Go Indie? /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
