We are seeking a DVS CTO to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution of our Digital Video Services (DVS) portfolio, including Accenture Video Solution (AVS) and Accenture Multimedia Advertising Platform (AMAP).
The role will drive product innovation, scalability, and alignment with client and market needs across telco, media, broadcasting, and streaming clients.
You Are:
You will join Accenture's Digital Video Services team, focused on building and scaling product platforms for video, advertising, and data monetization across communications, media, and streaming clients.
The team works at the intersection of strategy, product, engineering, and client delivery to create market-relevant, cloud-native, and AI-enabled platforms.
The Work:
- Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for DVS platforms (AVS, AMAP)
- Lead architecture and engineering across cloud-native, data, and AI-driven solutions
- Partner with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale
- Drive innovation in video, advertising, and data monetization ecosystems
- Lead and mentor global engineering teams
Travel may be required for this role based on business needs, client engagement requirements, and leadership responsibilities across distributed teams.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
For this position, the job level is Dirigente under the Metalmeccanico C011 National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The gross annual salary range is between ******€ and *******€.
