This is an excellent opportunity for someone with more than 2 years of commercial back office or order processing experience who is looking to further develop their career in an international environment. You will support the Italian market by managing sales operations, coordinating with internal departments and assisting with export-related activities. The ideal candidate should have commercial back-office experience, strong Excel skills and a proactive approach to customer support and problem solving.(Ref: KA47478 - Please include this when making any enquiries.)Main ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and enter orders into the ERP system in line with quotations and existing contractsPrepare order confirmations, proforma invoices and maintain customer master dataProduce and update operational reports to support management decision-makingAct as the operational contact for customers and coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and After-sales teamsMonitor orders and deliveries, resolving operational issues,



delays and customer enquiriesPrepare documentation for domestic and export shipmentsSupport process improvements and provide administrative support across departmentsIdeal CandidateOver 2 years' experience in sales administration or order processingHigh school diploma or university degreeNative-level fluency in ItalianBusiness level of fluency in EnglishStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, IF functions, and Pivot TablesExperience using ERP or other business management systemsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailProactive team player with good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage prioritiesConditionsLocation: Milan, ItalyWorking Style: office-basedSalary: €25,000-€28,000 per annum depending on experienceJob Type: permanent, full-timeWorking Hours: 40h per weekStart: negotiable*All applicants for the Sales Support position must have the right to work in Italy without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support. xdwybme If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
