This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in mission-critical, data centre, or industrial projects who is looking to work on technically complex and innovative developments within a collaborative international environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile projects, supporting clients across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to detailed delivery. direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of design delivery while mentoring junior engineers within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage electrical engineering packages across multidisciplinary building projectsAct as a senior technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholdersCoordinate electrical design activities with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplinesDeliver detailed electrical designs for mission-critical and technically complex facilitiesDesign systems including:Emergency and standby power systemsElectrical distribution and small power systemsEarthing and lightning protection systemsICT infrastructure and structured cablingBuilding automation and controls systemsPhotovoltaic systems and sustainable energy solutionsFire alarm, safety, and security systemsSupport project planning, resource coordination, xdwybme and technical reviewsMentor and provide guidance to junior and intermediate engineersEnsure designs comply with relevant international standards, regulations, and best practicesContribute to innovation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement within the engineering teamCandidate RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience in electrical building services designProven experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, or industrial building projectsStrong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and design coordinationExperience working within BIM/Revit environments; knowledge of parametricdesign would be beneficialFluent written and spoken Italian and English
