ppAs part of our growth and organizational development around bmajor industrial building projects /b as a bGeneral Contractor /b, we are seeking an bElectrical HV Construction Manager /b in bMilan.
/b /p pReporting to the Operations Director, you will bcoordinate and manage our construction projects /b, for bElectrical High-Voltage /b discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.
/p pMore specifically, your main responsibilities will include: /p ul li bDefining methods /b, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and banticipating technical constraints /b, /li li bManaging project execution and coordinating on-site operations /b, monitoring technical progress, budget, and bscheduling /b, /li li bSupervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors /b, /li li Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (bchange orders, technical approvals /b, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),



/li li bLeading site meetings /b and serving as the liaison with partners, /li li Ensuring bcompliance with HSE rules /b.
/li /ul pWith an bElectrical Engineering /b degree (or equivalent), you have at least b10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
/b /p pRecognized for your bleadership /b and strong interpersonal skills, you combine bdiplomacy, rigor, /b and a bservice-oriented mindset /b and have developed bproficiency in Italian and English.
/b /p pMainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are bopen to frequent travel across Italy /b.
