This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with remote teams and vendors.
/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppstrongEnd-User Support /strong /pulliProvide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
/liliHandle provisioning, deployment, replacement, and decommissioning of IT equipment.
/liliTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
/liliCoordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
/li /ulpstrongOffice Infrastructure Support /strong /pulliSupport network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.
/liliInstall and maintain switches, routers, and access points.
/liliAssist with smart office solutions and conference room technologies.




/liliCoordinate with vendors for maintenance and support activities.
/li /ulpstrongAsset Management /strong /pulliManage IT assets including receiving, labeling, imaging, tracking, and maintenance.
/liliConduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
/liliCoordinate repairs, redeployment, and disposal of devices.
/liliEnsure compliance with asset management policies.
/li /ulpstrongProject Site Support /strong /pulliSupport office moves, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure projects.
/liliAssist in business events, demos, and technology deployments.
/liliProvide remote hands support and vendor coordination.
/li /ulpstrongRequired Skills: /strong /pulliExperience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and office IT infrastructure.
/liliBasic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points).
/liliExperience in asset management and inventory control.
/liliStrong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
