ph3Overview /h3 pThe Employer Branding Site Development Specialist executes and monitors defined work packages within broader initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and corporate strategy.
Responsibilities include the development of materials, management of digital campaigns, and support for social media activities.
The role involves conducting competitor analyses and industry benchmarking, monitoring campaign performance, proposing optimization measures, supporting industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships, improving CRM and automation processes, and collaborating cross?functionally.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct deep?dive research into competitive insights/analysis and industry benchmarks, translating findings into actionable recommendations for strategy adjustments.
/li liAnalyze local labor market trends and talent dynamics to support the positioning of the new site.
/li liExecute and monitor assigned work packages from initiatives and/or campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, optimizing engagement, and collaborating with cross?functional teams.
/li liImprove CRM, analytics,



and automation processes, identifying efficiencies and recommending enhancements to support operations.
/li liIdentify gaps in workflows and processes, suggest improvements, and support the development of optimized procedures.
/li liTrack and analyze campaign and channel performance, presenting data?driven insights to senior leadership.
/li liCollaborate with Global Team and experts to drive brand awareness and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCompleted education with a focus on a relevant field.
/li liA minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
/li liUnderstanding of key approaches including traditional and digital channels.
/li liDemonstrable experience in data analytics and tools.
/li liEnglish language skills (advanced).
/li liExceptional analytical, writing and presentation skills.
/li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pSalary: €30,000 – €38,000 gross annual compensation (RAL).
