Nextalia Private Equity is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join its Investment Team.
Role Overview
The Private Equity Intern will be actively involved in all phases of the investment process.
Due to our lean organization, the Private Equity Intern will have the chance to work directly with Investment Analysts, Associates, Vice-Presidents and Directors.
Responsibilities
• investment research / screening;
• competitive / market analysis;
• financial analysis, modelling and valuation;
• drafting of memorandum for internal and external use;
• assistance in transaction execution.
Qualifications and Requirements
Nextalia SGR is looking for team-oriented individuals who are highly motivated,



intellectually curious, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior experiences.
The ideal candidate should have:
• strong analytical and quantitative skills;
• proven communication skills;
• collaborative and constructive team approach;
• excellent attention to detail;
• good judgement;
• previous experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Audit, Consulting;
• fluency in English.
Start date: immediate
