This position is bfull-time /b and bunlimited /b. /p h3What you can expect in this role: /h3 ul liCoordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops. /li liImplement new production techniques. /li liImplement high quality assurance measures. /li liArea responsibility for a dedicated production region. /li liSupport all activities related the sugar beet seed production. /li liEnsure production stability on a high marketable level (germination and purity). /li liApply continuous improvement techniques. /li liSeed production results on stable level for yield and high-quality. /li liImplementation of good production techniques and new technologies. /li /ul h3What you bring in: /h3 ul liResiding in the Ferrara area or willing to relocate. /li liTechnician qualification in agriculture.
