ppBurberry is hiring a Finance Industrial Controller to join Burberry Tecnica, supporting the Outerwear division at the centre of industrial and supply chain operations. The role plays a critical part in strengthening cost control, margin visibility and financial discipline, enabling confident decision-making across teams. Acting as a finance partner to Operations, Product and Supply Chain, this position translates complex data into clear, actionable insight. The work directly supports craft, quality and long-term value creation across Burberry’s industrial network. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDeliver industrial controlling and performance analysis for Burberry Tecnica, with a focus on cost, margin and operational drivers. /li liPrepare and analyse monthly financial results, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast,



highlighting risks and opportunities. /li liSupport month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of reporting. /li liPartner with Operations, Supply Chain and Product teams to provide financial insight that informs sourcing and production decisions. /li liContribute to budgeting, forecasting and seasonal planning through robust costing and margin analysis. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including standardisation, automation and the development of reporting and BI tools. /li /ul h3PERSONAL PROFILE /h3 ul liExperience in finance controlling, industrial finance or a related analytical role, with exposure to cost and margin dynamics. /li liStrong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. /liliA collaborative mindset, comfortable working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. /li liA structured, detail-oriented approach, balanced with commercial awareness. /li liCuriosity and openness to improving processes, tools and ways of working. /li liFamiliarity with business intelligence or reporting tools is valued, but not essential. /li /ul h3FOOTER /h3 pBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
