Reporting to the VP of Category Management, this position will play an integral role in building and shaping a more centralised European marketing approach, helping define how our brands are positioned, activated, and brought to life across the region.As a leading player in the automotive aftermarket, we are looking beyond traditional industry backgrounds. We want a marketing leader who can bring fresh thinking from world-class consumer brands, challenge established approaches, and uncover new, exciting ways to build brands, engage customers, and differentiate in a mature market.What you'll do:Own and lead the European product brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition across the portfolio.Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities and growth objectives.Lead product launches, go-to-market strategies, and brand activation programs.Create impactful brand campaigns that strengthen differentiation and customer engagement across all channels.Drive consistent brand messaging, standards,
and marketing assets across European markets.Build strategic partnerships with suppliers and third-party brands to maximise marketing opportunities.Use consumer insights, market trends, and performance data to optimise marketing effectiveness.Lead, develop, and grow a large marketing and creative team, including a centralised Studio function (a team of graphic designers and video creators that supports both Product Marketing and Channel Marketing).Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to ensure that product brands are consistently brought to life across all channels and customer touchpoints.What we're looking for:10+ years' experience in brand, product, or strategic marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven success managing and growing established consumer brands.Experience in leading brand strategy, portfolio management, and integrated marketing across multiple European markets.Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and what drives purchasing decisions and brand loyalty.Strong digital and social media expertise, with a clear understanding of current marketing trends.Experience leading teams through transformation, change, and organisational development.Ability to combine strategic thinking with commercial and customer-focused execution.Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.What we offer in LKQ ItaliaCompetitive basic salary and annual bonus schemeA hybrid working environment, involving home working and European travel (cca 20%)Opportunities to grow and develop yourselfRoom for initiatives and entrepreneurshipIf you're passionate about creating standout brand experiences, understanding consumer behaviour, and transforming marketing organisations, this is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact. xdwybme Send us your CV and let's talk!
