To reveal wonders – through the craft of exceptional products, but also through the development of exceptional and audacious talents.We run a transformation at a fast pace and are onboarded on the accelerating elevation journey that will lead us to the clear destination of being the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house in image and products, above the competition, the most exclusive one.Se le sue competenze, la sua esperienza e le sue qualifiche corrispondono a quelle descritte in questa panoramica, non ritardi l'invio della sua candidatura.Reporting to the Retail & Education Manager, in a context of business growth and transformation, you will actively participate in the promotion of the Brand, especially boosting the performance of the Skincare axis in Italy.MISSION:Be the guarantor of Guerlain’s expertise, vision & corporate values with the ability to transmit them to the teamsDesign and implement both internal and external training in line with the Maison guidelines and adapt a strategy to retailer/ people specific environment.In coordination with the Retail & Education Team recommend specifics trainings to improve the retail performance (soft & hard skills topics)Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trendsDeliver training programs with the appropriate module and allocate team resources appropriatelyImplement individual training path for Guerlain retail staff; Liaise with commercial and marketing team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty trainingTogether with Retail Team measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions; PROFILE: Strong experience in the cosmetic industryQualification as an Aesthetician and expertise on the skincare axis are a plusResult-oriented with a Retail mindsetExcellent communication skills, client engagement (e.G. storytelling skills)Curious, xdwybme open-minded, positive, and detail orientedExcellent grooming, matching Brand DNA with high sense of luxury and serviceAdvanced understanding of training methodsStrong experience in training including delivery of training (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus)Office (Power Point, Word and Excel)Italian & English speaking, French is a plusWorkplace – Milan (travelling frequently across Italy, at least 40% of the time).Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
