Company overviewthales is a global leader in advanced technologies for defence, aerospace, security and digital sectors. the headquarters in sesto fiorentino (fi) hosts the ground transportation systems (gts) and security (six) domains, providing signalling, scada, asset management and cybersecurity solutions for railways, airports and critical infrastructures.job objectivelearn to apply the chorus procedure for quality assurance of bids and projects, especially in the defence business, and manage the chorus tool for qms document management.roles and responsibilitiessupport the quality customer satisfaction (qcs) team in recording, understanding and managing technical and non-technical customer requirements.ensure project deliverables comply with customer requirements, regulations and standards.adjust qa activities with a risk-driven mindset, anticipating risks and focusing on core value-added activities.assist bid and project teams in applying processes, identifying risks and solving problems.verify project execution against plans,



evaluate milestones and provide visibility to management.liaise with the customer's quality representative during bid and contract phases.manage the chorus management system in coordination with the country chorus manager.support the entity head of quality customer satisfaction and organise lessons-learned.co-operate with the ccm for internal audit planning and certification management.qualificationsgraduated in engineering (telecommunication, electronics, management) or equivalent master degree.strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.stakeholder-facing, presentation and reporting abilities.excellent written and spoken english.ability to work in office, smart-working and construction site environments, in multicultural teams.preferred skillsknowledge of iso 9001, en 9100, iso 14001, iso 45001.continuous improvement mindset.microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, visio) and management tools such as ocm, doors, jira.participation in erasmus program (optional).benefitscareer mobility policy.
