ppMission /p pEnsure the successful technical execution of projects and the professional implementation of solutions. The bField technical specialist /b acts as the primary technical point of contact on-site, coordinating all field activities and ensuring that project objectives, customer requirements, technical standards, and safety regulations are achieved. This role requires a strong field presence, frequent travel, and close collaboration with customers, project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liSupport the tendering and proposal preparation process, including technical assessments and site surveys. /li liDevelop and review technical solutions, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards. /li liSupervise and coordinate installation, commissioning, testing, and start‑up activities at customer sites. /li liManage on‑site activities by working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. /li liProvide hands‑on technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. /li liMonitor project execution in the field, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, safety, and performance targets. /li liAct as the primary technical interface with customers during site execution, translating customer needs into practical actions and solutions. /li liCollaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment between on‑site activities and overall project objectives. /li liReport project progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and support effective project communication. /li liMonitor site‑related costs and support budget control activities throughout project execution. /li liTravel frequently across national locations to support project implementation and customer operations. /li /ul h3What qualifications will make you successful? /h3 ul liTechnical High School Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent) combined with relevant professional experience /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liProven experience in electrical systems, power distribution, industrial installations, or related engineering environments. /li liExperience managing on‑site activities, commissioning, start‑up, or field engineering projects. /li liStrong technical understanding of electrical systems, engineering documentation, and industry standards. /li liAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic site environment. /li liExcellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. /li liStrong communication and customer‑facing abilities. /li liBasic knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
