brpb Your Responsibilities /b /pp As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their machinery combined with Adhesive/glue solutions.
/ppb You will: /b /pulli Provide technical support and application expertise of the glue for installed machinery and systems /lili Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions /lili Train customers and operators on machine functionality, operation, and best practices /lili Collaborate closely with the Application Laboratory, Sales and Product Management teams /lili Gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services /lili Travel regularly to customer locations in Italy and abroad to provide on-site technical assistance /li /ul pb Who We Are Looking For /b /pp A curious, customer-oriented, and hands-on professional with a passion for technology and problem solving.
/p pb Requirements /b /p pb Education /b /pulli Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Thermotechnics, Wood Technology, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification /lili ITS Academy or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field (nice to have)
