The St. Regis Rome is seeking a Director of Groups & MICE to drive luxury group bookings, meetings and events. You will lead strategy, coordinate with sales, marketing and operations, and ensure flawless delivery for high-profile clients, while growing revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will build strong partnerships with corporate clients and agencies across North America and Europe, mentoring a high-performing MICE team in a luxury hospitality environment.
