The MES Specialist supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems, acting as a key link between Production, Engineering, Automation, and IT.
The role contributes to the plant's digital transformation by improving process visibility, traceability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
/ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of MES solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
/liliProvide training and operational support to production teams, promoting the effective use of MES tools and processes.
/liliMaintain MES master data, including product information, production parameters, quality controls, and user profiles.
/liliManage Track Trace activities and serve as the first point of contact for MES-related operational issues.
/liliAnalyze production data, monitor KPIs, and support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
/liliIdentify and drive digital improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, and efficiency.
/liliCollaborate with Engineering on Industry 4.0 and 5.0 projects, ensuring integration between MES, machinery, PLCs, and automation systems.
/liliSupport manufacturing digitalization through enhanced traceability, real-time monitoring, and energy consumption analysis.
/liliParticipate in the evaluation, testing, and commissioning of new production technologies and equipment.
/liliCoordinate external suppliers involved in MES, software development, and automation activities.
/liliSupport system integration and troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flow and process visibility across manufacturing operations.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr/pulliDegree in Engineering (Automation, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or equivalent) or an ITS Academy diploma in Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Digitalization, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
/liliPrevious experience with MES, manufacturing systems, industrial automation, or similar roles in a manufacturing environment.
/liliKnowledge of industrial digital systems and software development principles.
/liliUnderstanding of PLCs, industrial communication networks, and automation technologies is considered a plus.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
/liliGood command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
/liliAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
