Legga tutte le informazioni associate e invii la sua candidatura.Your MissionYou will act as the technical and operational reference for the AME region, combining hands-on field engineering activities with the management of strategic Key Accounts. You will provide advanced technical support to dealers, workshops, and end customers, ensuring rapid resolution of vehicle issues while supporting direct sales opportunities and long-term customer partnerships across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced field engineering support to dealers, workshops and customers across the AME region, ensuring effective diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues.Conduct on-site investigations at dealer and customer locations, acting as the primary technical reference during critical vehicle and product-related cases.Support the AME Customer & Product Support Manager and Service Zone Managers on technical matters and product performance monitoring.Act as the liaison between the field and internal functions, coordinating actions with Quality, Engineering,
Parts and Product Support teams.Deliver technical coaching and guidance to dealer workshop personnel to improve diagnostic capability and repair quality.Travel extensively across the AME region to support network operational performance, customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime.Manage strategic Key Accounts, supporting direct sales activities and developing strong relationships with key customers and fleet operators.Support tenders, fleet projects and other commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and IVECO capabilities.What We're Looking ForQualification in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related technical field.Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French are considered a plus.Strong knowledge of truck aftersales operations and commercial vehicle systems.Proven experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.Experience working directly with workshops and customers in the field.Proficiency in MS Office and diagnostic platforms.Customer-facing experience and strong relationship management skills.Preferred Tools & SystemseTIM (technical literature)IWD (diagnostic tool management)Esomweb (vehicle electronics database)RSS (Teleservices)Power (parts catalogue)Key CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in workshop and customer environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with excellent planning and organizational abilities.Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented.Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Africa & Middle East.Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in multicultural environments.What We OfferA dynamic, multicultural work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A central role supporting both technical excellence and strategic customer relationships across the AME region.High visibility and impact within the organization.The opportunity to work directly with key customers and contribute to the success of IVECO in emerging markets.
