Ruby Labs is seeking a highly experienced CRO & Growth Manager to join our team.
The role focuses on driving top-of-funnel growth by optimizing the web funnel, improving registrations and payments, with direct experience in iGaming projects.
You will lead a data-driven testing roadmap, collaborate with design, development and data science teams, and own results from hypothesis to implementation.
This contractor role is remote-friendly and aligned with CET, with flexible arrangements.
