The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure involved in HR, management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Acqua di Parma, Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Vantaggi and Make Up For ever, Officine Universelle Buly 1803 and Maison Francis Kurkdjian).Si ricordi di controllare il suo CV prima di candidarsi. Inoltre, si assicuri di leggere tutti i requisiti relativi a questo ruolo.MISSION:Within the Operations department, the intern will report directly to the Customer Service Manager, supporting the team in the following activities:Entry of orders in SAP for marketing, merchandising, and PR services for all brands;Support in creating presentations and analyses for sales meetings, as well as the creation of commission copiesSupport the sales force to guarantee the correct placement of ordersCompilation of formats to be sent to HQ for the activation of products references for all brands launches;Monthly analysis of e-commerce orders;Weekly reporting to monitor sales performances, product, and promotional materiallaunches,



supporting launch timelines;Manage product data publication through GDSN, ensuring accurate customer-specific product listings for new launches;Support in the periodic control of accounting and physical stock levels at our external warehouses and in the analysis of inventory misalignments;Support in optimizing the transport of goods towards the central warehouses by monitoring punctuality and costs for all B2B, B2C, D2R flows;Support in checking anomalies on local transport for all brands;Support in the management of CircularItalie project and in preparing the necessary forms for carrying out fiscal destructions.Support internal stakeholders managing orders, stock xdwybme and product referencesSupport in the management of new HQ projectsREQUIREMENTS:Degree in Management Engineering, Business Management, or any other related degreeExcellent analytical skills and data driven mindsetGood communication skills, precision and attention to detail will complete the profileFull proficiency in MS Office and SAPFluent in English, French will be considered a plusCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
