The Role
GA-Alliance is seeking a talented and motivated attorney/trainee to join its Banking & Finance practice in Milan. The successful candidate will be involved in complex financing transactions, supporting both domestic and international clients. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating banking and finance documentation;
- Assisting in structuring and executing corporate, real estate, and acquisition finance deals.
You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, alongside leading professionals in the field, contributing to innovative legal solutions in a fast‑paced and evolving market.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced trainee / qualified attorney with 1–3 years of experience in banking and finance law. The candidate will be actively involved in:
- Drafting and negotiating amongst others:
- term sheets and facility agreements;
- security packages;
- other finance and ancillary documentation;
- Conducting due diligence and managing documentation for corporate finance transactions.
Immediate availability is required.
Key Requirements
As an experienced Trainee/Associate in the Banking & Finance Team, you will support senior team members in all phases of domestic and cross‑border transactions. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent academic credentials, with a final grade above 105/110;
- 1–3 years of experience in banking and finance transactions (acquisition, leveraged, and real estate finance);
- Strong skills in drafting and negotiating banking documentation;
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Candidates with relevant internship experience in banking and finance may also be considered.
