As a Certified Webflow Partner Studio, we design scalable digital ecosystems where strong systems thinking meets refined visual execution.
What This Role Really Is
This is not a content scheduler role.This is a positioning role.You will shape how Formed is perceived across digital platforms — visually, strategically, and narratively.
What You'll Do
· Manage and grow our Social Media presence
· Design high-quality visuals in Figma (non-negotiable)
· Translate projects into engaging, design-led storytelling
· Build structured content calendars aligned with business goals
· Optimize posts for engagement, reach & strategic positioning
· Collaborate with IT, Animation,
and Academy teams
What We're Looking For
· Strong experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)
· Advanced Figma skills (layouts, typography, visual systems)
· Deep understanding of Social Media growth & content psychology
· Strong copywriting ability (clear, sharp, intentional) ·
· Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium digital brands Structured thinking + execution discipline
