As National Account Manager Beef, you will drive commercial and technical strategies to grow the Ruminant Business in Italy.
You will work within the Italy Sales Team to strengthen large account relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure value creation for customers.
You will balance strategic planning with hands?on execution, using data and CRM to monitor performance and seize opportunities.
Your role combines commercial acumen with technical knowledge of beef production to support sustainable growth.

Achieve sales and qualitative objectives through negotiation, planning, and execution using company tools to monitor progress and market trends
Develop and execute strategic business plans with short- to mid-term results leveraging commercial and technical insights
Design and implement portfolio/solution offerings, anticipating market needs and expanding opportunities
Build and manage partnerships with national-level large accounts,



delivering tailored solutions and strategic plans for mutual gain
Analyze sell-in/sell-out data to identify opportunities and risks, aligning team efforts with KPIs like ROI and profitability
Share best practices with colleagues and contribute ideas to the team's success
Ensure accurate archiving of all documentation supporting customer agreements in official repositories
Maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, producers and industry partners
Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or economics
7+ years' professional experience in the livestock sector, with beef expertise
Strong business acumen
Technical knowledge in ruminants, especially beef production
Analytical skills with data interpretation and management
Strong planning and execution focus
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent Italian communication and basic English
