Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO‑protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliImplement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs. /liliDiagnose and handle all repairs of systems and equipment, with particular competences in electrical systems, devices, home automation, PLCs, lighting systems, electrical panels and devices, access control systems, and associated, also guiding and coordinating external vendors/contractors. /liliThe candidate shall be capable of reading electrical components and placing appropriate orders for new materials. /liliPerform scheduled building routine rounds, in particular to all HVAC equipment. /liliRespond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas in a timely manner. /liliRespond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
/liliWork harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors. /liliPuts extreme care and attention to order and cleanliness in the workshop, technical rooms, office, and other engineering locations. /liliMake sure all plant rooms and workshop are in perfect condition. /liliParticipate in the daily building maintenance procedures, providing support when and as required. /liliProvide minor electrical installations when required. /liliAssist with energy conservation programs in the hotel. /liliOrganize and monitor spare parts inventory, requesting new materials when needed. /liliAny other task as it might be required from time to time. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMin 5 years' experience in building maintenance; experience in luxury hotels is a plus. /liliStrong skills and competences in electrical systems and home automation. /liliEnglish language is recommended. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
