ph3Posizione: /h3 pItaldesign is seeking a technically skilled professional to join the Facilities area, reporting directly to the Head of Security and Corporate Services. The role supports the technical and operational management of company sites, ensuring continuity of services, maintenance of infrastructure standards, and contribution to key building and plant projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport operational management of company sites, including office areas, technical areas, and production spaces. /li liCoordinate maintenance activities related to building systems (hard services) and general services (soft services), excluding HSE responsibilities. /li liCollaborate with the Facilities team and dedicated external personnel, including supplier management. /li liParticipate in the planning and execution of construction projects, refurbishments, and space planning activities. /li liSupport tender processes and contract definition in cooperation with the Procurement function. /li liProvide operational support for activities related to the ongoing Headquarters refurbishment project. /li liContribute to the implementation of processes, procedures, and operational standards within the area. /li /ul h3Requisiti: /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of experience in facilities management, plant management, project management,
